Who we are:

The Forerunner School of Ministry is a program established by Drs. Patrick H. and Karen S. Schatzline of Mercy Seat Ministries, Inc. Our goal and vision is to raise up students into full-time ministry. Our heart is to train students in every aspect of ministry while imparting the appropriate educational foundation through a well-rounded program.

The Forerunner School of Ministry provides strong academic plans for its students. From first hand ministry experience to courses designed from ministry by our staff professors. Our courses cover all areas of ministry including, but not limited to Youth Ministry, Children’s Ministry, Music Ministry, Pastoral Ministry and Media Ministry. The staff at The Forerunner School of Ministry will help you decide which academic plans that will best meet your needs.

The Forerunner School of Ministry is unique in that in addition to the university courses offered we provide teaching and courses taught by our pastoral staff, as well as other world renowned communicators in both ministry and leadership. The Forerunner School of Ministry seeks to produce strong spiritual, emotional, intellectual, and relational disciplines of Jesus Christ in a generation that has been “called out of darkness into His marvelous light” (1 Peter 2:9).

It is our desire that this would be the beginning of a relationship that lasts throughout eternity. This ministry is a ministry of excellence and integrity. Everyone in this program must have a deep desire to minister to a generation. This program is not for the average, but for those who desire to excel in their callings and go to a higher dimension in their God-given calling.
